The above cartoon is more sad than it is funny. When will this White House learn from history and stop sacrificing Israel's future on the alter of Muslim appeasement? If the President's speech the other day in Indonesia is any example, the answer is clearly never. It saddens me to think on this Veterans Day that many more American men and women will be killed and maimed in a future Middle East war because this President can not or will not learn from history. Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat the same mistakes over and over again.

Mr. President; Do you need more information to support the abandoning of your "New Middle East" foreign policy? Well, you and all your foreign policy advisers should read the above commentary very carefully. More importantly, you should learn from history that the facts and the American people do not support your misguided efforts to punish Israel and reward and appease Muslim nations at the same time. Is it any wonder that you and your Democratic Party were so soundly defeated in last week's election?

I strongly urge you to carefully read the excellent detailed analysis provided in the above report. My opinion is that the United States- Israel relationship is headed for more, and more far reaching, deterioration in the months and years ahead. It is therefore imperative that President Obama publicly and forcefully abandon his "New Middle East" foreign policy ASAP. To do any less will be a clear sign to Israel's enemies that their campaign to De-legitimize Israel is working.

This trend is extremely dangerous for the United States and Israel and the people of the two countries. Mr. President you now have a chance to change course and do the will of the majority of the American people. Please do this, while there still is a chance for peace in the Middle East.

The cartoon above is more insightful regarding what it does not imply as opposed to what it reaching for. Yes, the 2010 Election is over and the results are impressive. We, The American people, should be very proud of ourselves for sending a clear message that we want real change; rather than the phony change pronouncements and programs of the President and the Democrats.

Remember, the above cartoon refers to the 2000 Election which was almost immediately followed by the horrible events of 9/11/2001. The real message is we can not expect that election results by themselves will change things in the government. We must continue to be vigilant to see if the White House really got the message and is truly willing to change its ways. If not, then we must finish in 2012 what we started in 2010.

In my opinion, one of the best measures of whether real change will occur is to see if the President, the Secretary of State and the remaining Democrats in the Congress will abandon their horribly misguided "New Middle East" foreign policy.If they do not abandon this miserable foreign policy, then it is incumbent on us to finish the job and "throw the bums out" in 2012.
