National Bull---- Association (NBA)

In fairness, i am disclosing up front that have always been a very big Los Angeles Laker basketball fan. That fact does not negate what i am about to say about the NBA.

Being a long time Laker fan has brought with it much reason to celebrate over the years{ including at least a half a dozen championships). However there is one pattern that seems to have gotten much worst in the last few years that really sticks in my gut.

The entire NBA complex including their media outlets (especially TNT and NBA TV} display a deliberate and very nasty anti-Laker bias in the way they call, analyse and describe Laker basketball. It's bad enough that the referees display this anti-Laker bias in the way they call the games. When the TV commentators do the same, it becomes almost unbearable to watch.

I just finished watching Game 5 of the Western Conference Championship(Los Angeles vs. Phoenix}. The pattern of watching the referees call fouls against Los Angeles players and not calling fouls against Phoenix players for the exact same or worst plays has become so obvious that it's become ludicrous. What really gets me is the so called experts who act as if they are so scared of the NBA, that they never criticize the terribly unfair way the games are called by the refs.

THE TWO IDIOTS WHO HAVE CALLED THE FIRST FIVE GAMES OF THE SERIES ON TNT ARE PARTICULARLY AT FAULT! It's almost as if they have to lie about the calls that are so obviously false to anyone watching, in order to keep their jobs. Yes the Lakers won the game. But,in order to win, they had to beat the other team and the NBA referees. Commissioner Stern and all his underlings should be ashamed of themselves for letting professional basketball deteriorate to this point. The TNT commentators should have the guts to call out this sad state of the game.
