When you read the above cited analysis, you may be caught up in taking sides for or against this proposed new legislation. However, in my opinion, you would be missing the most important aspect of this legal and legislative debate in Pennsylvania.
Clearly, what is most important about this debate is that it is not being reported on by the American mainstream media. It's just one more example of how terribly inadequate is our mainstream media.
