                                            My opinion is that Mr. Pipes is one of a few correspondents in the world who truly understands the nature of Middle East warfare. When you read the above cited analysis, I hope that you will agree with this opinion.



                                             How sad it is to me that the American mainstream media can not and will not report the truth of this very explosive situation. After years of watching media coverage of various Israeli/Palestinian confrontations, I can only conclude that most media outlets are controlled by individuals who are inherently "Closet Anti-Semitic"; either by choice or by bigoted stupidity.



                                              However, the most disappointing aspect of this situation is the public and private attitudes of President Obama and his foreign policy advisers. The Obama Administration's Middle East foreign policy is a clear failure and has been for many years. The present round of hostilities between Israel and the Palestinians is clearly the result of American foreign policy.



                                               My conclusion is that the American Jewish community must vote Obama and the Democrats out of office in 2014 and 2016 or this calamitous situation will continue to worsen over time.
