The above cited article provides a ray of light for a more stable Middle East. Even the author admits that he has changed his mind on forming an independent Kurdistan country. The fact is that the prospect of an independent Kurdistan with a healthy and prosperous economy is the most significant development in the Middle East since the creation of the modern State of Israel.
As usual, the Obama administration is hiding in the closet on this important new development. Instead of forcefully speaking publically and encouraging this possibility, Obama and Kerry are remarkably silent on the creation of the Kurdistan country. Obama and Kerry are still insisting that the Kurds remain part of the newly reorganized country of Iraq. How stupid is that??? It's no wonder that the situation in the Middle East continues to deteriorate. We must get Obama and Kerry out of office before we can make any progress on a more stable and prosperous Middle East.
