Can the American Energy Revolution Survive a Deal with Iran? :: Middle East Forum (Another Must Read Analysis)
Please read the above cited analysis. It will show you one more reason to reject POTUS, his anti-Semitic cabal of advisers and his very damaging Middle East foreign policy.
Conventional wisdom is that the President is pursuing this pro-Arab and anti-Israel policy so that he can stick it to his perceived enemy PM Netanyahu. However, when you read the above cited analysis, you will see a strong arguement for another reason why POTUS and his cabal are pushing for a very bad deal on Iran's plans to build a nuclear weapons. Iran gets to produce as much oil as it wants; free of international sanctions. This fact, if true, will put a lot of new economic pressure on America's just getting started shale oil and gas industry. What better way for POTUS to bring pressure on another perceived enemy; namely the Republican Party??? I believe that it's factual to state that Republicans rely a lot on the oil and gas industry as a major source of funding for Republican candidates and their causes. When you put economic pressure on the oil and gas industry, you are also putting money pressure on Republican candidates.
So let's look at this possibility. If true, then POTUS has expanded his insane foreign policy of punishing friendly nations at the expense of strenghtening declared enemy nations to include a new domestic policy. His new domestic policy is by strengtening foreign enemies (Iran) you end up punishing domestic enemies; namely Republicans and their causes. This would be an all time low in Presidential politics because, by punishing his political enemies, he ends up punishing the American economy and the American people.
The bottom line is that, while it pains me to state this, POTUS is the worst President in my lifetime. I agree with Vice President Cheney's assessment. However, I take it one step further by calling for this President's impeachment now. If not, POTUS will a lot more damage to the position of the United States in the world in the last 18 months of his Presidency. By using his foreign and domestic policies to punish his political enemies, he has proven that he is unworthy to be our President.
Lastly, I hope that it has occurred to you that our Islamic Fundamentalist enemies are laughing at us. Our President's policies are allowing our sworn enemies (Iran and Syria and their proxies) to gain strength while two of the strongest democracies in the world (The United States and Israel) are fighting with each other. How incredibly insane is that???
