After yesterday's emotional recounting of the horrendous September 11, 2001 events, it is wise for all Americans to take a real look at where we stand in our "War Against Terror". First, to all the innocent victims of the 9/11 terror attack and to the very brave men and women rescuers who lost their lives and to their families, let me say Rest In Peace.

That being said, now take a look at the above cited analysis for a sobering look at what we have accomplished and what we have lost during the post 9/11 decade. Most importantly, the above analysis gives us a broad look at where we go as a freedom loving country into the next decade and beyond in our "War Against Terror".

Finally, let's never forget that it was their foray into Afghanistan that brought the former Soviet Union to it's knees and ultimately destroyed one of the most powerful countries in world history.
